Privacy information
This page describes the Horef Scan app for iPhone and iPad. If the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated first.
No data collection
Horef Scan does not collect, store or share personal data. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics SDK and does not track you. The app makes no network requests other than App Store purchases.
Camera and LiDAR
Camera and LiDAR data are processed on your device by Apple’s RoomPlan and ARKit frameworks to build plans and 3D models. Video and photos are not recorded or uploaded.
Your projects
Scans, plans, exports and the CAD and 3D files you open in the app are stored only on your device, in Files → On My iPhone → Horef Scan, and included in your normal device backup. They leave the device only when you export or share a file yourself. Delete a project in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove its data.
Purchases
Horef Scan Pro and Horef Scan CAD are sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we receive no payment details or personal information.
Support messages
Emailing support sends the content you choose to include through your email provider and our support mailbox. Contact support@horef.app for questions or deletion requests concerning support correspondence.
